Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment options for all orders placed on zebizo.com:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and other UPI apps)
  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express)
  • Net Banking (all major Indian banks)
  • Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, and other supported wallets)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — available on select pin codes and order values

Available payment options may vary slightly depending on your delivery location and order value, and will always be shown clearly at checkout.

Payment Security

Every transaction on Zebizo is processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details on our servers at any point — all sensitive payment information is handled directly by our certified payment partners in compliance with industry security standards (PCI-DSS).

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for eligible orders, based on delivery location and order value.
  • Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery for a smoother experience.
  • To keep things fair for everyone (and reduce failed deliveries), we may reach out via call/SMS to confirm high-value COD orders before dispatch.

Prepaid Order Benefits

Choosing to pay online (UPI/card/net banking) comes with a few perks:

  • 5% to 10% Off on eligible orders
  • No handling fee

Payment Failures

If your payment fails but an amount is deducted from your account:

  • The amount is typically auto-reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days.
  • If you don’t see a refund within this window, please contact us at support@zebizo.com with your order number, transaction ID, and payment screenshot, and we’ll help resolve it with our payment partner.

Order Confirmation

Your order is only confirmed once payment is successfully received (for prepaid orders) or successfully placed (for COD orders). You’ll receive an order confirmation email/SMS immediately after checkout.

Currency

All prices listed on zebizo.com are in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
